Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Use various hand and power tools to efficiently construct high-quality mechanical components and final products.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret basic production layouts, schematics, and assembly instructions for accurate builds.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished items for defects, resolve minor assembly issues, and maintain premium manufacturing standards.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all plant safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in an assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar fast-paced production environment.
- Dependability: A proven history of strong attendance, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, perform repetitive lifting, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Soft Skills: A positive attitude, commitment to safety, and a team-oriented mindset.
