Our client, a premier global financial institution, is seeking an Expert-level Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Consultant to support the implementation of their enterprise RCM framework. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and mitigating regulatory compliance risks across the organization. Responsibilities
As an Expert RCM Consultant, your core duties will include:
•Framework Implementation: Supporting the ongoing implementation and maintenance of the RCM framework, program elements, and global bank policies.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitating meetings with internal business partners to identify, evaluate, and document key controls addressing specific applicable regulations.
•Project Management: Providing end-to-end project management support, expertise, and coordination for the implementation of Group standards across the Bank and all of its subsidiaries and branches.
•Monitoring & Testing: Coordinating and overseeing RCM and Compliance Monitoring Programs, including executing rigorous monitoring and testing activities.
•Procedural Alignment: Supporting the monitoring of global framework implementations by developing and refining procedures in close cooperation with Advisory teams.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
•Experience: 10+ years of proven experience working in a dedicated risk and control environment (e.g., Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance).
•Industry Background: Direct, previous experience working specifically within the Compliance function of a financial institution.
•Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience performing complex regulatory analysis and managing large-scale compliance projects.
•Knowledge: Deep and comprehensive knowledge of applicable financial laws, regulations, and industry standards.
•Core Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical, and technical writing skills.
•Key Attributes: High integrity and discretion, the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict timelines, and a dynamic mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
