Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, service, and maintain automatic gate systems, overhead doors, and related equipment
- Perform electrical wiring for primary power, low-voltage systems, and safety contacts
- Complete hands-on mechanical work related to installations (welding experience is an asset)
- Operate mini skid steers and assist with minor civil work as required
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Provide professional and reliable customer service
- Travel out of town as required
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience with automatic gates, overhead doors, elevators, or similar systems
- Strong electrical knowledge (C.E.T. certification or overhead door experience is an asset)
- Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and expand skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
