Responsibilities
• automating the creation, configuration, and management of instances of Kubernetes-native applications through Openshift operators;
• developing automation for platform configuration management;
• implementation and testing of new platform tools and services including CI/CD pipeline development for builds and deployments; and
• evaluation of new platform tools and providing recommendations to the Province for technology selection.
Qualifications
- Relevant Education and experience
- minimum four (4) years of demonstrated experience in using advanced automation
techniques on a Kubernetes-based platform
- minimum four (4) years of experience using Git with open-source projects;
- minimum five (5) years of experience developing automation using ArgoCD or Ansible;
- minimum of four (4) years of experience working as a core team member using Agile methodology
- preferably knowledge of Terraform and GoLang.
