As a principal integration lead, you will bridge the gap between distributed legacy infrastructures, third-party vendor systems, and cloud-native digital environments. Operating within a hybrid work model, you will translate abstract business needs into highly scalable data transfer pathways, establish robust CI/CD pipeline automation, and enforce strict technical, functional, and security standards to ensure the seamless exchange of confidential enterprise data.

Create and update application schemas, wrappers, middleware adapters, and functional interfaces utilizing modern software solution frameworks.
Research integration best practices and emerging design patterns to continuously introduce innovative, creative, and cost-effective digital solutions.
Provide necessary after-hours support for applications, integration components, and middleware environments to maintain absolute operational excellence.
Ecosystem Integration & Vendor Management
Interact with cross-functional business units, third-party vendors, and technical infrastructure teams to gather detailed requirements for software onboarding.
Design secure, encrypted data synchronization workflows to seamlessly transfer confidential data between core repositories and external service providers.
Conduct and participate in rigorous technical design walkthroughs, system specifications reviews, and structured peer code reviews.
Manage multi-environment deployment activities, including coordinating software installations, preparing clear code-drop release notes, and organizing implementation activities.
Testing, DevOps & Support
Collaborate with project support clusters to coordinate, execute, and document System Integration Testing (SIT) activities and detailed test scenarios.
Engineer, modify, and optimize robust automated deployment pipelines to enable continuous delivery across cloud and on-premise staging environments.
Lead comprehensive root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting sessions to isolate, communicate, and resolve complex software and connectivity issues.
Participate actively in defect triage meetings, report project milestones to delivery managers, and provide structured technical documentation to facilitate team knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Core Technical & Integration Experience
Professional QA & Dev Tenure: Minimum of 10 years of progressive, hands-on software development experience operating as a dedicated Integration Developer or Tech Lead within enterprise environments.
Azure Integration Stack Mastery: 5+ years of dedicated technical experience designing, configuring, and maintaining solutions utilizing the Microsoft Azure Integration Services stack of tools.
Cloud & Hybrid Development Depth: 7+ years of comprehensive experience running cloud development practices alongside 7+ years of specialized integration design across a wide range of distributed systems.
Modern Containerization & Microservices: 5+ years of deep working knowledge with containerized deployment layers, microservices architectures, and associated frameworks including Kubernetes, Docker, Azure services, and Spring Boot.
Legacy Middleware Frameworks: 5+ years of hands-on platform design, development, and maintenance experience operating within IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) platforms.
Automated CI/CD Pipeline Engineering: 5+ years of working experience implementing and configuring delivery automation tools, specifically GitHub Actions, BitBucket, Azure DevOps, and APIOps frameworks.
