Baler Operator

• Starting pay Baler Operator is $18.00
• Schedule 7:00am to 3:30pm (Depending on production needs)

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Rochester, as the Baler Operator :

• Inspect and start up baler to prepare for production.
• Complete and submit all inspection forms and immediately report any malfunctions or defects that may cause injury or death, or effect production.
• Operate baling equipment as required by the various grades of materials to be produced.
• Maintain regular contact with Supervisor for production elated information.
• Perform routine cleaning of balers and surrounding areas during and at end of shift.
• Ensure head and tail pulleys are free of debris that may become wrapped around them.

• Minimum six (6) months of experience operating equipment
• Baler specific training is a plus
• Ability to solve problems (analytical skills)
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Will be required to bend, kneel and climb stairs
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Will be exposed to seasonal weather conditions due to working in a warehouse environment
