Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Rochester, as the Baler Operator :
- Inspect and start up baler to prepare for production.
- Complete and submit all inspection forms and immediately report any malfunctions or defects that may cause injury or death, or effect production.
- Operate baling equipment as required by the various grades of materials to be produced.
- Maintain regular contact with Supervisor for production elated information.
- Perform routine cleaning of balers and surrounding areas during and at end of shift.
- Ensure head and tail pulleys are free of debris that may become wrapped around them.

- Minimum six (6) months of experience operating equipment
- Baler specific training is a plus
- Ability to solve problems (analytical skills)
- Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Will be required to bend, kneel and climb stairs
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Will be exposed to seasonal weather conditions due to working in a warehouse environment
