The role of a Mixer and Batcher is critical to the production cycle. In this position, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and mixing of raw materials according to specific formulas. Working within our manufacturing & logistics category, you will ensure that every batch meets rigorous quality standards through precise weighing and careful handling of ingredients. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
The work environment is dynamic and physically engaging. You will be standing for periods of up to 8-10 hours and will be exposed to dust, powder coating paint, and industrial noise. Safety is our top priority.
Because our client operates on a global scale, clear communication is essential. While the primary language of the facility is English, you may occasionally interact with documentation or systems that require a high level of English proficiency to ensure safety protocols and mixing instructions are followed exactly as written.

Opportunity for long term employment
Responsibilities
• Preparing batches by weighing and adding ingredients to containers according to the mix sheet.
• Cleaning containers, general mixing areas, mixers, and filling stations for production batches.
• Disposing of cabin powder and maintaining general housekeeping of the work area at all times.
• Interpreting and operating all scales used in batch weighing to ensure total accuracy.
• Operating a tow motor and lift truck to move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Familiarizing yourself with source identification numbers and product descriptions to ensure correct materials are used.
• Replenishing raw material supplies (pigments, resins) in the weigh station area.
Qualifications
• Completion of a High School Diploma.
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in the same or a similar manufacturing field.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to follow technical instructions.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and computer-controlled machinery.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in an environment with dust and noise.
• Previous experience with SAP software is considered a significant asset.
• Demonstrated behavioral competencies, including flexibility, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork
