Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Administration
-Enrollment & Qualification: Administer benefit qualifications and disqualifications, manage employee enrollments, handle benefit packages, and manage vendor setup.
-Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date benefit records and provide analytical/technical support within DayForce HR Master Data and various vendor systems.
-Documentation: Help develop clear employee communications and functional documentation, including procedure manuals, issues logs, benefit summaries, standard correspondence, and bulletins.
-Strategy, Compliance & Process Improvement
-Payroll & Legal Liaison: Partner closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate, accountable benefits administration that meets all legal, Company, and government requirements.
-Risk Mitigation: Identify and recommend new business policies, processes, and strategies to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks in -Benefit Administration.
-Standardization: Ensure consistent adherence to established Benefit Administration practices and provide support for ongoing strategic benefit initiatives.
Qualifications
-Excel Skills: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency is required (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation).
-HRIS Experience: Prior experience with DayForce is highly preferred.
-Data Skills: Strong data mining capabilities with a sharp eye for identifying inconsistencies or trends in large datasets.
