Responsibilities
Generate and monitor accounts payable while ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Verify and reconcile supplier statements.
Process payments to suppliers according to company procedures.
Prepare and remit GST/HST and other applicable tax filings.
Assist in preparing financial, accounting and statistical reports.
Support budget preparation and financial analysis as required.
Maintain organized accounting files and documentation.
Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team to ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
College diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Experience with accounts payable and general accounting principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience supporting Human Resources administration is considered an asset.
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset to support operations across Canada.
