Responsibilities
Manage the administration of all auction assets, including handling titles, communications, and resolving liens.
Perform data entry and maintenance in systems such as Salesforce and InfoLease.
Follow up on inspection reports and photos from external partners and track sale proceeds.
Audit AMG file folders and manage the daily report to ensure data accuracy.
Provide backup support for U.S. teams and update process manuals.
Assist the Senior Manager and team with reporting, projects, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Post secondary diploma in Business or Office administration (or relevant experience in an administrative capacity supporting Collections/Asset Management)
Proficient with MS Office including Excel
Bilingualism French/English to serve clients and partners all over Canada and USA
General knowledge of PPSA/RPMRR equipment lien registry process (preferred)
Equipment Finance industry experience (preferred)
