We are looking for a fluently bilingual (English and French), motivated and goal oriented candidate for our client in Toronto, Montreal and Alberta.
Position: Bilingual Transfer Agent Processing - full time contract.
Location: Must be local to Calgary or surrounding area.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
8:00AM - 8:00PM
Start date - ASAP
End date - April 2027
Salary - $27.40/hr - $33.80/hr

Responsibilities
Support service distribution queues and transaction processing activities such as Account set up, non-financial requests and account features.
Partner with the Client Services Project Analyst or departmental SME to implement key initiatives affecting the TAP or TAPS department
Identify opportunities to provide value added service to our clients
Assist with the documentation of current end to end process flows for the departments.
Qualifications
Excellent English and French communication skills
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills
- Previous Customer Service or administrative experience is required
- Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
- Asset if you have experience in the financial industry
