As a Bilingual Administrative Agent for the AMG team, you will be a key support for our operations in two countries. You'll report directly to the Senior Manager and work closely with various departments.
Your responsibilities will cover everything from managing auction assets to ensuring data accuracy in our systems. You will be a central point of support for the entire AMG team, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This on-site position requires a commitment of five days a week at our Burlington location.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
•Manage the full administrative process for all auction assets, including titles, communications, and lien resolution.
•Handle data entry and maintenance in key systems like Salesforce and InfoLease.
•Follow up with external partners on inspection reports, photos, and sale proceeds.
•Audit file folders and manage daily reports to ensure data is accurate.
•Provide backup support for U.S. teams and help keep process manuals updated.
•Assist the Senior Manager and team with reporting, projects, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
•A post-secondary diploma in Business or Office Administration, or relevant experience in an administrative role supporting collections or asset management.
•Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required to serve our clients and partners across Canada and the USA.
•Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
•The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
•General knowledge of the PPSA/RPMRR equipment lien registry process is a plus.
•Experience in the equipment finance industry is preferred.
