Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Contract to Hire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST
Salary: $22/hr

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in English and French to a vast Canadian customer and client base
- Manage new business, policy service, and claims while collaborating with various departments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, and responding to fax requests.
- Guide families through sensitive situations, offering empathy and efficient support during difficult times.
- Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless claims process and policy service.
- Collaborative team like environment with expectations to have cameras on
- Agile, ability to adjust to new and chaning business needs as the company grows
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French, with superior reading and writing skills.
- A background in customer service or insurance is preferred, preplanning is an asset
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with a knack for active listening and problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new technologies, software and AI functions
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment, ready to collaborate for mutual success.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
