Qualifications
•Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
•5+ years of IM/IT experience
•5+ years leading change management on large, complex initiatives
•Experience in health care or digital health (eHealth) environments
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
•Change Management certification considered an asset
