Responsibilities
•Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
•Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
•Lead stakeholder engagement and communications
•Support implementation, training, and adoption
•Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance


Qualifications
•Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
•5+ years of IM/IT experience
•5+ years leading change management on large, complex initiatives
•Experience in health care or digital health (eHealth) environments
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
•Change Management certification considered an asset
