Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of finance and lease agreements from start to finish.
- Accurately review contracts to ensure all financial and legal terms are complete and compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Utilize professional fluency in English and French to communicate with internal teams, dealers, and customers.
- Proactively identify and resolve documentation discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain highly organized electronic and physical contract files for efficient retrieval.
- Assist with the preparation of reports related to contract volumes and funding status.
Qualifications
- Professional fluency (written and spoken) in English and French.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, contracts, or financial service support role is strongly preferred.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience using contract management or financial systems being a plus.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills necessary for a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
