Responsibilities
Call Management: Handle incoming and make outgoing calls.
Customer Support: Assess customer needs and provide clear, tailored solutions.
Problem Solving: Manage complaints, offer creative solutions, and ensure meticulous follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update files.
Performance: Meet individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications
You're a great fit for this role if you...
Have experience in customer service.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Are perfectly bilingual in French and English.
Can multitask and work independently.
Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Are comfortable with computer tools (Windows, Microsoft Office) and are a quick learner.
Technical Requirements for Remote Work
Computer: A PC (Windows 10). Apple products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible.
Internet Connection: A high-speed wired connection (Ethernet cable).
Audio/Video Equipment: A headset with a USB connection and a webcam.
Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free area.
