Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
💬 Deliver world-class service via inbound calls (35–50 calls/day) in both English and French.
🛡️ Advise customers on auto and property insurance options
🎯 Achieve sales goals through up-selling and cross-selling
đź§ Become a product expert through comprehensive training
🤝 Build trust and maintain a positive brand image with every interaction.
📚 Prepare to obtain your General Insurance License (training provided!).
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken & written).
Prior Call Centre or Customer Service experience.
Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
A positive attitude, resilience, and a solution-focused mindset.
Must be eligible for a criminal and credit background check.
