Responsibilities
âš Responsibilities for the Customer Service Insurance Advisor include (but are not limited to):
đ Work in a dynamic inbound call centre environment
đ Handle 35â50 calls/day in both English & French
đđĄ Provide expert advice on auto & property insurance needs
đ Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
đŻ Maintain sales goals by up-selling & cross-selling insurance products
đŹ Represent and promote a positive company reputation
đ Complete training to become General Insurance Licensed
Qualifications
đ Qualifications for the Customer Service Insurance Advisor:
đŹ Excellent communication skills in English & French
đ» Strong computer & typing skills
đ Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is a must
đ„ Ability to work under pressure and stay adaptable
đ A positive and professional attitude
