In the fast-moving world of e-commerce, a great experience is everything. We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Relations Executive who is as passionate about people as they are about precision.
Working from our Mississauga office in a hybrid model, you’ll be the voice of our brand for our French and English-speaking clients. You won't just be "handling calls"—you’ll be a strategic partner in the logistics chain, ensuring every package represents a promise kept.
...
If you’re a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a lively, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.
Advantages
A competitive salary of $42k – $50k (commensurate with your expertise).
Enjoy 3 weeks of vacation to recharge, plus Hybrid Flexibility after your first 3 months.
Comprehensive benefits kick in after 90 days, ensuring you’re covered.
We don't just hire; we train. Master everything from advanced CRM management to the inner workings of global logistics operations.
Based in the heart of Mississauga—the undisputed hub of Canadian shipping.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact across phone and email, turning every inquiry into a positive experience.
Master the art of order management—tracking every shipment from the warehouse to the front door with precision.
Keep our digital brain sharp by logging interactions and maintaining a gold-standard database of client insights.
See a delay coming? You’re already on it. You’ll resolve shipping, billing, and availability hurdles before they become headaches.
Collaborate across departments to ensure the "engine" of our e-commerce machine runs smoothly.
Go beyond "support" to build genuine loyalty, turning one-time shippers into lifelong partners.
