Shift Structure: 8-hour shifts (includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks).
Availability: Rotational shifts scheduled between Monday–Friday (8 AM – 10 PM EST) and Saturday (8 AM – 7 PM EST).
Days Off: Sunday is a fixed day off. The second day off is rotational.

Responsibilities
This is a high-volume inbound environment where you will handle an average of 50–60 calls per day. While you will support all of Canada, approximately 50% of interactions will be in French.
Order Management: Process new redemption orders and coordinate replacements for damaged or lost items.
Account Advocacy: Assist members with loyalty point balances, site navigation, and fraud concerns.
Problem Solving: Navigate internal channels to ensure complex inquiries are resolved "right the first time."
Documentation: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM.
Qualifications
Fluent in both French and English. You must be comfortable handling a high volume of French-speaking callers.
You enjoy staying busy and have experience managing a high daily call flow (previous loyalty/rewards experience is a plus).
A "digital native" capable of navigating MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel while managing specialized call center software.
You don’t just take orders; you solve puzzles. Whether it’s placing new orders or coordinating replacements, you take pride in getting it right the first time.
You are open to coaching and eager to use feedback to level up your career toward permanent status.
Technical Readiness: You have a reliable personal PC/laptop available for use during your first week of onboarding and training.
To ensure seamless service, a high-speed, hard-wired (Ethernet) connection is mandatory (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
