We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to work for a company in Burlington. This will be a 6 month contract opportunity with the ability to become permanent. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and possess the professional skills necessary to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes.
- Work with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues efficiently.
- Provide professional and empathetic support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively gather and assess information to deliver timely resolutions.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the commitment to quality service.
- Maintain internal documentation for technical issues and resolutions.
- Contribute to customer-facing support content (e.g., FAQs, guides).
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and technical insights.
- Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
- Stay current on product updates and technical advancements.
- Work cross-functionally to help refine support tools and customer service operations
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or technical support environment
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM Softwares
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred / Assets:
- Mechanically inclined, with working knowledge of engines or power equipment
- Hands-on experience repairing or maintaining small engines or similar systems
