Responsibilities
Handle various forms of communication with internal and external contacts.
Provide information and support on different client-related inquiries.
Assist with account updates and service adjustments in accordance with internal guidelines.
Record interactions and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
Generate and send documents as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and service expectations.
Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives.
Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities.
Engage in training and ongoing skill development.
Offer assistance across teams when required.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service
• Any experience in the financial or banking sector will be considered an asset
• Bilingual (English and French) in order to be able to serve customers in all provinces, both written and orally. Any other language will be considered an asset.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and ability to solve problems
• Action-oriented
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and Salesforce (an asset)
