Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls.
- Answer questions and provide education on a variety of topics, including HR, financial matters, healthcare benefits, retirement plans, payroll, and leaves of absence.
- Process transactions such as health enrollments and updates to tax and direct deposit information.
- Use your computer navigation skills to efficiently work across multiple systems and tools.
- Create and update customer files in the database and communicate with third parties to assist with customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong computer and system navigation abilities.
- The flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in the HR, Financial, or Healthcare industry is a plus.
