Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Setting up or adding new customers into CRM & SAP
- Process quotes and verify orders using Automated Sales Order Process
- Generate returns, resolve pricing and shipping discrepancies
- Verify stock levels, work closely with all departments and offer support to sales team
- Process complaints
- Perform basic accounting tasks, generate statements, invoices, credits, and rebills when required
- Provide top-notch customer service on every call
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer service call centre role
- SAP experience is required
- Salesforece, nice to have
- MS Office Proficiency
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech - savvy
- Process driven
- Team player
