We are looking for a dedicated and responsible professional who is bilingual in English and French to be the first point of contact for customers in the manufacturing and distribution industry in Mississauga. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships by providing exceptional service, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. You would be part of a small team which prides itself on delivering the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail when processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating customer information in our systems
- Collaborating with Sales, Shipping and Accounting to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner
- Assisting with creating shipping labels and customs paperwork and daily inventory management
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French both written and oral is mandatory
- Must be able to travel to Mississauga 5 days a week
- Proven experience in a customer service or a similar client-facing role
- Proficiency in SAP/CRM systems is an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of professional phone and email etiquette
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Inside sales experience is an asset
- A friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
