As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of the company's client interactions. Your main responsibility will be to handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every client receives timely and accurate support. Responsibilities
-Respond to and manage a high volume of phone and email inquiries from clients in both English and French.

-Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP or SAP system.
-Provide a high level of customer care by resolving client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
-Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
-Maintain and update customer records with accurate information.
-Provide product information to clients.
-Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
-Fluent in both English and French, both written and verbal.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as organizational and time-management skills
-Experience with an ERP or SAP system is a significant asset.
-Ability to work effectively in a B2B environment.
-Experience in the industrial or a related industry is a plus.
