Working within the customer care specialization, you will be responsible for the full order-to-delivery lifecycle, from initial move estimates to final delivery follow-ups. You will work closely with internal operations and external partners to ensure every move is handled with the utmost care.
A small portion of your daily activities will require bilingualism to support customers and partners located outside of Quebec who primarily communicate in English. Fluency in both official languages is critical for ensuring clear communication across national logistics networks.

Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on move status and logistics details in both English and French.
-Coordinate with 3rd party carriers and internal traffic managers to ensure the proper allocation of moving business and resources.
-Manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or discrepancies regarding their shipments via phone and email.
-Update and maintain accurate records in specialized logistics software (FEAMS) and CRM systems.
-Process move orders, calculate service charges, and investigate missing information or contract discrepancies.
-Support warehouse inspection documentation and communicate changes to move orders to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
-Bilingualism in English and French is required.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and correspondence.
-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to navigate sensitive customer situations professionally.
-Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle a high volume of multitasking.
-Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. geography to effectively coordinate transportation routes.
-Ability to interpret contracts, tariffs, and compliance regulations within the moving industry.
