Your Mission: The Heart of the Transaction
As our Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for external partners, providing critical information and ensuring transactions proceed smoothly and on time. You will leverage your strong communication skills to be the expert on the process and requirements for ongoing deals.
Please note: Fluency in French is a requirement, as approximately more than 80% of communication in this role is conducted in French.

Responsibilities
- Handling Inquiries (95% of the time): Manage a high volume of inbound calls from lender brokers, notaries, and other stakeholders regarding ongoing property transactions.
- Providing Expertise: Deliver accurate, relevant information on transaction details and requirements to internal teams and external partners.
- Case Management: Address specific file issues, organize rush requests, and communicate essential file updates using internal systems (e.g., Genesis call program).
- Supporting Operations: Assist with side tasks during lower call volume periods, such as preparing document packages and reporting, to ensure smooth departmental function.
- Elevating Service: Proactively meet and exceed customer needs and expectations, escalating complex issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Bilingual Skills: High proficiency in French (ideally 95% fluency) and excellent command of English.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of one year in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
- Technical Comfort: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn internal software.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- A professional phone manner with strong interpersonal skills.
