Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for French and English external and internal correspondences and telephone calls.
- Manage daily incoming and existing orders, troubleshooting EDI errors to ensure timely processing.
- Oversee and support FGL accounts, including order processing and invoicing through SPS Commerce.
- Process customer orders, respond to inquiries about products, pricing, orders, and returns, and provide professional solutions to customer service issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Review, analyze, and resolve warranty requests in a timely manner and ensure follow-up with all customers.
- Manage Amazon catalog availability, ensuring SKUs are enabled or disabled according to real-time inventory.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with the ability to fluently speak and write in both languages.
- A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, SPS Commerce, and EDI systems and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively with customers.
- A passion for diamond sports is a definite plus.
