Education & Experience:
DEC in administration or operations management (or equivalent experience), with 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and bilingual communication (French and English).
Skills & Abilities:
Fast-paced multitasker with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Adaptable, agile, and able to prioritize tasks effectively while handling multiple service channels (phone, email, online).
Collaboration & Customer Focus:
Strong team player with a customer-first mindset, excellent communication and listening skills, and a deep understanding of operational and business contexts.
