Process and Manage Orders:
- Handle orders quickly and efficiently from start to finish
- Enter orders in real time and follow up until delivery or resolution
- Manage backorders, returns, and ensure accurate order data in the system
Support Customers and Suppliers:
- Answer questions, solve problems, and handle complaints
- Keep customers and suppliers informed about order or delivery changes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer/supplier files
Ensure Accuracy and Follow Procedures:
- Apply correct pricing, discounts, and surcharges
- Follow customer service procedures and business rules
- Create and validate delivery documents and shipment coordination
Communicate Clearly and Build Relationships:
- Keep strong, professional relationships with customers and partners
- Regularly update them on order status, inventory, and delivery timelines
- Escalate issues when needed and keep stakeholders in the loop

Education & Experience:
DEC in administration or operations management (or equivalent experience), with 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and bilingual communication (French and English).
Skills & Abilities:
Fast-paced multitasker with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Adaptable, agile, and able to prioritize tasks effectively while handling multiple service channels (phone, email, online).
Collaboration & Customer Focus:
Strong team player with a customer-first mindset, excellent communication and listening skills, and a deep understanding of operational and business contexts.
