Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing members, providing accurate and timely support via phone and email.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries using various systems and tools.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French is essential.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Any leadership or managerial experience from the customer service, banking, or finance industries is considered an asset.
- Must be able to pass the Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Education: High School Diploma.
