As the primary point of contact for various vendors, your day-to-day tasks will heavily involve processing complex orders and identifying customer needs using advanced CRM and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce and JD Edwards. Because this role caters specifically to an Eastern Canada clientele, fluency in both French and English is mandatory. You will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to communicating in French, seamlessly transitioning between languages to manage inquiries and resolve issues. We are seeking someone with 2-3 years of order management experience who can hit the ground running.
You will be stepping into a structured yet welcoming business casual work environment, operating on a standard 8-hour daytime shift (preferably 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The position is initially fully on-site for five days a week to ensure comprehensive hands-on training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule featuring one day working from home. Qualifications

• Ability to commute to the office located on Mississauga Road for 5 days a week initially.
