Title: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish/English)
Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (Conversion to permanent employment after required hours are completed)
Start Date: Immediate Start
Training: Paid initial training conducted on-site (Winnipeg) until fully operational
Workplace Model: Hybrid (On-site during initial training; post-training remote work with a requirement to attend the Winnipeg office twice a month and for client visits)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Pay Rate: $19.50 CAD per hour

Responsibilities
Compassionate Donor Engagement: Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails with empathy to educate donors and support essential fundraising campaigns.
Multichannel Communication Management: Respond to customer inquiries across digital platforms including email and live chatrooms while maintaining detailed interaction records.
Transaction & System Navigation: Process donor contributions accurately using secure software while concurrently managing multiple digital platforms and web tools.
Service Excellence & Resolution: Answer inquiries regarding client services, doctrine, and programs while escalating complex issues according to established protocols.
Goal Achievement: Meet daily call-handling targets and performance metrics to support the long-term sustainability of partner charitable organizations.
Qualifications
Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in both Spanish and English.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute alongside strong computer navigation skills.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-screen digital environment.
Clear criminal background check result upon offer.
Dedicated home workspace equipped with high-speed wired internet (100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload via Ethernet), two monitors, a noise-canceling USB headset, a webcam, and a smartphone.
Personal PC or laptop running Windows 11 with at least 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i5 processor or higher, and a 250 GB SSD (Mac, Chromebooks, and tablets are not supported).
