Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation to management on complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct impartial employee investigations and guide performance management processes.
- Manage employee leaves of absence and facilitate accommodation requests.
- Ensure compliance with provincial employment laws and human rights legislation.
Qualifications
- University/College degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-3 years of dedicated Employee Relations experience.
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, and Health & Safety legislation.
