Responsibilities
Program Support
Act as the primary point of contact for students, instructors, and training partners.
Provide exceptional, empathetic, and professional service across all interactions.
Technical Troubleshooting
Assist users with navigating and troubleshooting
Administrative Tasks
Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Manage course rosters and maintain data integrity through regular audits.
Inquiry Resolution
Respond promptly to emails and handle incoming phone calls.
Resolve escalated complaints using strong conflict-resolution skills.
Qualifications
Language: Fluent bilingualism in French and English is a strict requirement.
Soft Skills: Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with software platforms like Salesforce (or similar CRM/LMS tools) is highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
