Assist clients with bookings: flights, hotels, insurance, excursions
Support customers via phone, email & chat
Use Amadeus (GDS) to manage itineraries
Provide expert travel advice and troubleshooting
Qualifications
✅ What You Bring:
3+ years in the travel industry
TICO certification (mandatory)
Fluent in English & French (spoken & written)
1+ year in high-touch customer service
Strong multitasking, independence & communication skills
Technical Requirements: A stable wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not recommended)
