Pay: $26.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Enjoy your weekends!)
Location: Mississauga, ON (100% onsite)

Responsibilities
-Receive inbound and outbound calls, handling up to 50 per day.
-Provide exceptional customer service in English and French via phone and email.
- Entering orders in the SAP system at high volume
-Process orders and handle escalations and inquiries.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
-Achieve key performance indicators and maintain exceptional service on all interactions.
Qualifications
-Fluent in French and English.
-Minimum 1-2 year of call center/customer service order management experience
-Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy.
-Nice to have: SAP/Salesforce/Microsoft Excel
