• Collaborate directly with healthcare professionals to verify details and address specific inquiries
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the customer care department
Qualifications
• Complete fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a call center or dedicated customer care environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding metrics and KPIs in a corporate setting
• Ability to work in the office Monday - Friday
• Legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the contract
