As this customer care position supports a national network, full bilingualism in English and French is required. You will provide professional, clear, and courteous support to clients and partners across the country on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
• Support Managed Print Services (MPS) customers by monitoring service requests and coordinating supply fulfillment in a professional customer care setting
• Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and dispatch partners to resolve customer issues effectively
• Manage inbound phone calls, emails, and support requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Investigate toner and supply ordering issues, including delayed shipments and inventory discrepancies
• Provide first-level support for Data Collection Agents (DCAs) and escalate complex issues to technical support teams
• Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within incident management systems
• Deliver professional, courteous customer care support in both English and French
Qualifications
• Bilingualism in English and French is strictly required
• Previous experience in a Call Centre, dispatch, or high-volume customer care environment is a strong asset
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background
• Familiarity with managed print concepts, automated toner replenishment, or fleet monitoring is preferred
• Experience using SAP, incident management systems, or ACD phone systems is advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong professional work ethic
