Responsibilities
-Resolve critical business issues and solve situations related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters.
-Handle order placement, order status, and customer complaint issues.
-Deliver work that is well-executed, accurate, and attentive to detail.
-Use SAP and other Customer Service applications to access customer information, policies, and procedures.
-Interact with peers, supervisors, and managers to assist with orders and information.
-Provide outstanding customer service and ensure quick response times of under 24 hours.
Qualifications
-Fluent in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
-1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service office environment
-Experience with SAP is MUST
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to multitask effectively
