Responsibilities
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Fulfill the transactional needs of the customers while supporting company sales force
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM, ensuring all notes are clear for team members who may only speak one of the two languages
- Assist with administration and operations duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong relationship building skills
- Native or near-native proficiency in English and French (both written and verbal). You must be comfortable switching between languages mid-shift.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, or hospitality)
- Team player
- Excellent active listening skills
