Responsibilities
•Develop and implement strategies to engage healthcare providers, build awareness, promote collaboration, and support adoption of healthcare technology changes.
•Work closely with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other senior stakeholders to develop and deliver change tactics that improve readiness among clinical users.
•Organize engagement events, prepare agendas and content, and ensure materials are available in both French and English.
•Coordinate with communications, HR, and engagement teams to align messaging and support change initiatives.
•Lead efforts to gather and analyze the impacts of changes on prescribers and clinicians, and adjust strategies accordingly.
•Oversee the daily activities of junior team members supporting prescriber and clinician engagement, as the change management team expands.
•Use JIRA to plan, track, and manage change-related tasks within the program.
•Work with the Change Management Lead to identify risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans based on evolving needs.
•Use feedback from clinical networks and Change Readiness Surveys to continuously improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
•Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and relevant experience.
•Must have at least 5 years of experience in a senior-level change management role (e.g., Change Lead or Sr. Specialist) leading transformation initiatives where healthcare providers were directly impacted.
•Must demonstrate experience managing change related to healthcare technology (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects) with clinical user groups.
•Must be professionally bilingual in French and English, able to lead engagement, communications, and training initiatives in both languages. (Bi-lingual at an advanced assessment level)
•The candidate must be available to start work on or about the date specified in Section 8 of the SOW.
Scored Requirements
•8+ years demonstrated experience leading and managing change initiatives. While demonstrating the ability to develop and execute effective change management strategies, communications, and engagement plans in complex, dynamic environments - Particularly those involving technology-enabled transformation and a high degree of ambiguity.
•5+ years demonstrated experience as a Senior Change Management Specialist or Change Management Lead in a clinical transformation context where healthcare providers are directly impacted by the change. Including demonstrated experience developing fit for purpose clinical engagement and readiness strategies to support adoption of the changes.
•5+ years facilitation skills: demonstrated experience in leading change workshops or education sessions with healthcare providers working in public healthcare settings, with specific examples of understanding clinical workflows, terminology, and stakeholder dynamics.
•Candidate can demonstrate an excellence in their communication skills – verbally and in written forms.
•5+ years demonstrate a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom in a workplace setting with hands on experience.
•2+ years demonstrated experience and knowledge of using Atlassian’s JIRA software in a Project/work environment.
•Candidate has formal training in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent, with the ability to apply structured approaches to organizational change.
