Our client in the transportation industry, based in Mississauga, is looking for a BILINGUAL (French & English) HR Generalist to join their team! Responsibilities
- Working with the benefits provide to manage the benefits administration ; including adding new hires, answering inquires from staff, status changes, and other administrative duties.
- Work with the payroll team to provide monthly reports, as requested.
- Assist with employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews and gathering the input to share with HR and Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate and actively participate in a number of HR transformational projects, across the organization.
- Other HR duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual in both French & English, writing and speaking.
- Minimum of three years in a similar HR role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
