Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or outbound calling role
Fully bilingual in English and French — verbal communication is key
Comfortable following scripts while holding a natural, fluid conversation
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
Tech requirements: PC with Windows (Mac not compatible), Ethernet connection, USB headset
Able to work Monday–Friday, with availability between 9 AM and 9 PM
