Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle high-volume recruitment for operational roles (e-commerce delivery drivers, fulfillment associates, and customer service staff).
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule candidate interviews efficiently.
Maintain high candidate engagement and deliver a smooth candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding.
Partner with operational managers to meet target hiring quotas and tight deadlines.
Track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
Language: Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal) is required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume, logistics, retail, or agency settings.
Availability: Able to work on-site 3 set days per week (no flex days) starting early next week.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and web-based sourcing tools.
