Are you a Bilingual Recruiter with experience hiring across Ontario and Quebec? Our client in the telecommunications industry is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (French/English) to join their team on a 2-month remote contract. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, proactive, and eager to make an immediate impact. You must be fully bilingual in French and English, with strong familiarity sourcing talent in both Ontario and Quebec regions.
As a Bilingual Recruiter, your core responsibilities will include sourcing, resume screening, phone screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of recruitment experience, confidence navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and a can-do attitude. You will play a critical role in supporting hiring across key provinces, helping ensure regional compliance and cultural fit.

Source and attract qualified candidates using multiple channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Use ATS to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy
Focus recruitment efforts on talent in Ontario and Quebec
Provide a top-tier candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications
Fully bilingual in French and English – written and verbal
1–3 years of recruitment experience
Proven ability to recruit in Ontario and Quebec
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Takes initiative, works well independently, and adapts quickly
Must be located in Canada
