Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and day-to-day support to recruitment team members
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal recruitment processes
- Proactively source talent using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Track recruitment metrics and support continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in professional services
- Previous experience mentoring or supporting recruiters
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements
