Position: Bilingual Team Manager - Permanent full time.
Location: Must be local to the Toronto or surrounding area.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
8:00AM - 8:00PM
Salary - 80,000 - 89,000 Yearly plus bonus upto 20%

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Team Manager includes (but are not limited to):
- Managing a team of 10 to 15 customer service representatives.
- Guiding, directing, coaching and supporting the members of your team.
- Sharing your knowledge and expertise about finance and investment.
- Interviewing and hiring new customer service representatives.
- Being part of company initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent English and French communication skills (written and verbal)
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing, training or supervising employees in a call center.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in mutual funds industry.
- 3 years of completed post secondary education.
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills
- Finance industry certifications related investments are an asset.
