Contract Type: Full-time contract with potential for permanency post-probation
Start Date / Duration: Immediate start; 2 weeks paid training plus 2–4 weeks nesting period
Training: Fully paid initial instruction; mandatory pass required before handling live interactions
Location / Workplace Model: 100% Remote (Canada wide)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, monthly rotating shifts (Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST; including up to two Saturdays per month 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST based on business needs)

Execute complex airfare ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and reissues utilizing advanced Amadeus GDS functionalities
Secure comprehensive travel arrangements including accommodations, travel insurance, ground transportation, rental cars, and curated tours
Provide accurate guidance regarding essential travel documentation, regional restrictions, health guidelines, and safety tips in a clear, timely manner
Facilitate specialized bookings for leisure, group, and multi-destination itineraries
Cross-sell relevant travel products, upgrades, and complementary services to enhance client value
Handle sensitive client financial and personal data securely in strict compliance with corporate privacy policies
Maintain established operational metrics including Quality Assurance scores, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and daily schedule adherence
Collaborate with the travel team to share industry insights, enhance program knowledge, and refine service delivery
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the travel industry across Airline, Retail, or TMC environments
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, travel advisory, or hospitality roles
Native or professional fluency in both English and French to support national clients and out-of-province partners
Advanced expertise in Amadeus GDS, with mandatory hands-on experience in ticketing and reissuing
Required TICO certification for Ontario candidates or mandatory OPC certification for Quebec-based candidates
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
Continuous track record of meeting or exceeding strict metrics, schedule adherence standards, and Quality Assurance evaluations
Strong problem-solving capabilities, active listening skills, and professional written and verbal communication
Dedicated home office setup equipped with a reliable wired high-speed internet connection
