Responsibilities
• Manage and process shipping and invoicing across all divisions, including internal systems and third-party portals
• Systematically sort, match, and verify all Bills of Lading and Packing Slips
• Confirm delivery status and diligently follow up to secure proof of deliveries
• Generate and distribute daily billing reports to relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with warehousing and operations teams to reconcile and promptly invoice all shipped but open orders before month-end
• Maintain accurate and current electronic filing of all shipping and invoicing documentation
• Provide reliable back-up support for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Qualifications
• 2-3+ years of experience in billing, accounts payable, and/or administration
• Strong proficiency in Computers, with intermediate skills in Excel
• Ability to work fully onsite in Woodbridge, ON
